Delivery & Returns

All jewellery is sent using Royal Mail, we accept no responsibility for items signed for by someone other than the addressee or for items left 'in a safe place' by Royal Mail.

We aim to send your jewellery within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). If you need an item urgently for any reason please let us know and we'll do our best.

If for any reason you'd like to return our jewellery we will issue a refund on unused and unworn items. please post it to:

One & Eight, Unit 3, The Office, 10 Babbage Road, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 5JA

Unfortunately for hygiene purposes we can not refund or exchange earrings unless faulty. 

Please send jewellery well packaged and get proof of postage. You are responsible for the cost of the postage, however if the jewellery is faulty we will refund the postage cost. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
