If your piece is still part of our current collection, you can easily purchase a single earring to complete your pair again.
This service isn’t just for earrings —charms, chains, and hoops are covered too.
Accidents happen, so if your hoops get bent or your necklace chain snaps, we’re here to help with replacements to keep your accessories looking fabulous.
As for those special pieces that need a bit more TLC, like our beaded cord necklaces, you can send them back to us at HQ where we’ll carefully place them on a new chain, making them as good as new.
Once we’ve received your request, we’ll provide you with a quote for the repairs or replacements. Please note, this can vary depending on the piece and the work involved.
