We aim to send all jewellery orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). If you need an item urgently for any reason please let us know and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.
UK Shipping
Free UK shipping is automatically applied to all orders over £50.
We use Royal Mail as our UK delivery partner. There are two shipping options available:
Standard
UK Royal Mail Tracked 48, £3.95
Speedy
UK Royal Mail Tracked 24, £4.70
We accept no responsibility for items signed for by someone other than the addressee or for items left ‘in a safe place’ by Royal Mail
EU Delivery
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to the EU from this website. If you would like to purchase our jewellery from inside the EU, please head over to our Etsy site.
If you would like to order an item not listed in our Etsy store, please do get in touch with us, using the product number/style and we can make that happen for you.
International Delivery
Standard
International Standard Shipping, £12.50
We use Royal Mail for our standard service which takes on average 5-14 days. On occasion, we may use an alternative service.
Speedy
International Express Shipping, £30
We use Fedex for our express service which takes on average 3-8 days. On occasion, we may use an alternative courier company.
Taxes & Fees
One & Eight are not liable for any customs or duty charges.
Returns
If for any reason you’d like to return our jewellery, we will issue a refund on unused and unworn necklaces. Unfortunately for hygiene purposes, we can not refund or exchange earrings unless faulty. Your jewellery should be well packaged and we ask that you obtain proof of purchase for your records. You are responsible for the cost of the return postage.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Jewellery Repair
We will repair faulty jewellery up to 6 months old free of charge with proof of purchase. After 6 months old we have a repair service at a small charge. Please note, however, some older styles may not be available.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
