All our porcelain pieces are made in our studio, overlooking the River Dart in Totnes, Devon. Our metal charms are designed in our studio and made in Asia by two carefully selected partners. We work with a highly skilled small family run business in Northern Thailand and an ethical factory in Vietnam specialising in recycled silver.

We offer a 6 month warranty on all our jewellery. A proof of purchase must be provided. Please email us on info@oneandeight.co.uk along with a photo of the jewellery.
We offer a repair/replacement service. Please email us at info@oneandeight.co.uk with your request and a photo of your jewellery and we will do our best to help. Please note, some older styles may not be available.

Yes we offer a gift wrap service. Your order will be lovingly gift wrapped in a stylish box and will include a hand written card with your personal message. Please follow the links when placing your order.
