Beautifully delicate small white porcelain discs, with a blue flower motif and gold centres, threaded onto gold hoop earrings.

An intricate process of colouring, shaping, firing and glazing clay is used in the making of these handcrafted porcelain discs.

Real gold lustre is added to the surface of each charm before the final firing, bringing the design to life. This seals the lustre into the glaze creating elegant, durable jewellery.

Designs are inspired by our beautiful and ever changing coastal surroundings. This is reflected in the smooth organic form and tactile nature of each piece.

Our new Blue & White Porcelain Riley Earrings are handmade in our Devon Studio. They’re then beautifully packaged in a glass bottle with cork lid, making these earrings the perfect gift for a friend, or treat for yourself.

Design

Based in Devon, UK. We make elegant, understated jewellery for brilliant women.

Materials

Each porcelain disc is designed and hand-crafted in our Devon Studio. The charms are made via an intricate process where clay is crafted, fired and glazed. Real gold or silver lustre is added to the surface of each charm before the final firing. This seals the lustre into the glaze creating elegant, durable jewellery.
Filled gold is created by mechanically bonding a layer of gold to a layer of base metal. Gold filled has a distinct layer of gold and the core is usually brass. The gold is then bonded to the surface of the brass using heat and pressure. This is a permanent bond so the gold won’t flake, peel or fall off. Gold filled items are perfect if you’re looking for a material that is higher quality than gold plated, but an affordable alternative to solid gold.
